These SPMs are used in all industries whether large or small. These put pressure on the mechanical object that leading to movement. It is classified into two parts namely horizontal and vertical hydraulic press SPM which is formed on the basis of direction of force and structure of Hydraulic Press.

Horizontal Hydraulic Press : It consists of a welding frame, 2 to 8 columns and a multi strip of steel. It is a three sided open SPM that is easy to carry anywhere.

Vertical Hydraulic Press:  It has a beam and oil gas cylinder fixed on the upper part of SPM. It consists of 4 columns and a workbench also.

There are four main types of Hydraulic Pressing Machines Namely :

Hydraulic Wheel Press : It has a wheel press on its surface which makes it a Hydraulic Wheel Press machine. It is mainly used in Home Appliances, Electronics,  Auto parts, motors and mining etc. The purpose of this machine is to pressurise the shafts.

H-Frame Hydraulic Press : This is made up of H shaped pump, frame, press cylinder and bolster. It is used in the electrical and Oil & Gas industries. It is mainly used in assembly lines and maintenance of shoes and buildings.

Four-Column Hydraulic Press : It has two cylinders and Four Columns in it. Its main focus is to maintain the speed of pressure. It is used for any type of work.

C-Frame Hydraulic Press : Hydraulic Press that has a C Shaped single column. It is basically used for small operations and has limited space.
